"I find hope in the darkest of days, and focus in the brightest.
I do not judge the universe."
~ Dalai Lama
Judgment is a reflex that we've all learned growing up. "This is 'good', this is 'bad'". It's a snap categorization of the world around you.
So... don't judge yourself when you catch yourself being judgmental. Just acknowledge it and move on. When you learn to not pass judgment, your life suddenly becomes tremendously peaceful and effortless.
Stop denying yourself the other half of the picture. Judgment is a learned blindness meant to deny the unfavorable in our lives. We are only fooling ourselves when we attempt to deny the "negative" forces in the universe.
There is not positive without the negative -- So appreciate them both.
